Yes, all products included in our gift bundles come individually packed. 

We do not support custom engravings at the time.

If the package you received contained the wrong item(s), please contact us using the button below and we will help you get it sorted. 

Simply contact us using the button below and we will help you replace it. To speed up the process, please include a clear photo of your damaged item.

If your order has not yet arrived and it is passed the shipping time for your shipping method (i.e. Standard shipping, 3-5 business days), please contact us below.

If you are still within the timeframe of your selected shipping method, please stay patient.

If your package has "The shipment item has left the country of the sender" in its tracking history, it is most likely on its way.

Please wait until the full shipping timeframe displayed in your shipping method (i.e. Standard shipping, 3-5 business days) has passed, and then contact us if you still aren't seeing any updates.

Unless your order has been shipped already, you are always welcome to request your address to be changed.

With us you always have open purchases for 30 days. Remember to leave all the notes on when you return the unused item.

Discount in% is included if you change to the same item in a different color or size. When changing to a new product, the discount is used. 

Some discounts distribute the discount rate on several items, for example you have purchased 3 items and pay for 2. On return, the price you paid for the returned item is refunded or moved. The discount is not moved to other goods on the order.
