We are shipping worldwide from our warehouse in the southern parts of Sweden.

We offer a free standard shipping on all orders over $80 USD.

We ship all orders from either our warehouse in Sweden or the US.
This means that orders with a destination outside of the EU or US may be subjects to duties & taxes to be paid by the recipient.

If your order has not yet arrived and it is passed the shipping time for your shipping method (i.e. Standard shipping, 3-5 business days), please contact us below.
If you are still within the timeframe of your selected shipping method, please stay patient.
Returns & exchanges

If you for any reason are unsatisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. All returned items should be in their original condition. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that customized products, such as personalized engraving, are not eligible for returns.
If your product has any defects that are not caused by you, you have the right to get your item(s) exchanged for new a new one for free.

If you are for some reason unhappy with your item(s), you have the right to return your unused item(s) and get a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Customized products, i.e. products with personalized engraving are non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our end—such as a typo in the engraving.

Yes, all products included in our gift bundles come individually packed.
All Page Anchors are made of 316L stainless steel and ion-plated with precious metals such as gold, platinum and rose gold. You can find more info in the product descriptions.
Our anchors should work with any type of book, as long as it is thicker than a magazine!
No matter if you are using a journal, cookbook, pocket book or a large hardcover, Page Anchor will help it effortlessly stay open without hurting the spine.

If the package you received contained the wrong item(s), please contact us using the button below and we will help you get it sorted.
Simply contact us at help@page-anchor.com and we will help you replace it. To speed up the process, please include a clear photo of your damaged item.
